Sales & Marketing Manager

Based in Brighton, Electrofolio is an exciting, dynamic, new internet company, providing flash websites for artists, photographers, and other businesses. It is simple to use and means someone with no programming skills can set up a slick portfolio website in minutes. The product has not been marketed yet, but is already making good sales, and there is huge untapped potential for the business. We’re now looking for a motivated individual to join the team to help promote our amazing product and to benefit from its success.

The position is not salaried, but there is a generous commission structure in place, including commission for direct sales and profit share. For the right candidate, equity participation will be offered.


A successful candidate for the role would have:

Excellent sales skills and a confident manner dealing with potential clients
Experience in SEO and social media tools
Excellent copy-writing skills


It would be a plus to have:

Experience with web technology
Multi-lingual skills


Your role would include:

· Market analysis
Developing and implementing a sales & marketing strategy
Promoting Electrofolio in blogs, forums and social networks
Running and interpreting surveys
Customer service (via email)
Copywriting (for product and marketing)
Product quality assurance


Hours:

Success will be based on sales results, not the number of hours you work. There is therefore no minimum number of hours required. We are not expecting full-time participation.


Location:

Electrofolio is based in Brighton, UK, but it is not essential that you live in Brighton, as face-to-face meetings can be infrequent.
